The basis for all sports is athleticism. This is where we come in. We focus on specific training patterns and body movements that will directly correlate to a baseball field and any team sports. You will find yourself getting to more groundballs, running down more flyballs and taking more efficient routes around the bases. We emphasis on bringing the most ability out of your player by creating better athletes!
The best way to increase these attributes is to create more sports specific efficient movements. Examples of wasted movements include bad form, unnecessary extra steps or a lack of coordination. Training with us will help you individually and any team sports athletes perform better in these aspects. As you improve in these areas, you will notice your speed/agility/quickness improving. The more efficient you move, the more athletic you will feel!
What's good form without that extra power behind it? As you improve your athleticism, you need that explosive power to really be the best sports athlete you can be.
